City & Guilds 2382 (20) 17th Edition Update

2 day duration, course notes and lunch included: Cost £175 + VAT

This two-days course will focus on the main additions and alterations incorporated in the 2008 (17th) Edition, and provide an update on the significant differences between the 16th and 17th Editions.

This is an intensive course which is suitable only for practising electricians who have already achieved the 16th Edition qualification, since June 2001.

There are eight units making up the course relating to Parts 1-7 and the Appendices of BS 7671:2008.

• Assessment of general characteristics
• Protection for safety
• Selection and erection of equipment
• Inspection and testing
• Special installations or locations
• Appendices

Assessment:

This unit will be assessed by a multiple choice GOLA online assessment covering the underpinning knowledge relating to the content and application of BS 7671
